Yes, it's that time again. With War Within 2 being completed, now we need to look towards working on War Within 3.

No new characters speak in War Within 3 that haven't already been cast in episode 1 & 2, HOWEVER... I do need some extra voices all the same.

Just like with the Megatron arena scene in WW2, I need arena crowd noises for two separate scenes. One which is just random arena crowd (with the usual egging on of those battling) and one in which Grimlock is fighting a character named Maul. Grimlock, naturally, wins.

The more lines I get, the better. Even if its just generic "yeah!" "woo hoo" "get 'em" type lines. Be creative. Imagine you're watching your favorite football / baseball / death match chess game.

There may be additional lines added for Blitzwing, Huffer, and Windcharger, or they may just get grunt noises. These may be picked up by previous voice actors, or, if someone isn't involved yet who wants to be--there you go.

I'll be sending out lines soon to previous voice actors so that they can get started. And, as I stated before... I can move a LOT faster if people get their lines in first BEFORE I start animating.

Later 'gaters!

Well, I wouldn't exactly say "working" just yet. But planning, yesss...

Just recently got a new(er) computer, so hopefully that will speed things up a bit as well. I'm going to "try" to attempt to learn how to use Adobe Flash again so that I might be able to do some of these things in a simpler manner. Can't make any promises I'll be able to figure it out this time around, but, hey, ya never know until you try.

I'm hoping to possibly be a part of this in the future. Not sure I'll be able to audition for Episode 3 though.

AWESOME!! Cheesy Cant wait for ep3!

I was thinking actually of getting involved as well, but Im a little worried that my voice acting wouldnt be great though. <Sad

I`ll try an audition tape for crowds and email it to ya, but my Windows Movie Maker has a bit of a crappy mic built in, but Ill at least give it a try.

You don't need to audition for crowd noises--if it's sent to me, I'll use it in some capacity or another. Crowd noises, after all, aren't always heard distinctly. If you listen closely in War Within 2, you can even hear some lines are actually run backwards!

An easy one to spot is when Prowl is trying to communicate to Prime over the intercom and there's "static" on the line. In some places, I wanted it to sound like Prowl, but where you can't hear what Prowl is saying... so... zip, in reverse!

Another place is during the big explosion on Cybertron, when all the generic robots are falling over... there's someone saying "Megatron!" in reverse  Grin

You can call them easter eggs if you like. I call it improvising.

Got 'em! And they sound mighty fine, I might add. I'll have to try to boost the volume on them (for some reason, your lines always records quieter than the rest), but I don't think we'll have to do too many re-dos.

Well, that's one of the major actors done. Now, to chase after Megatron (Joe) and Starscream (Frank).
